A Leader of Talent Acquisition Team.
About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking leader to oversee our team of recruiters and drive growth at A&G. This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities- Lead, motivate and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
- Provide coaching, training and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative high-performance team culture.
- Ensure team adherence to recruitment policies procedures and timelines.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes.
- Analyse recruitment data and metrics to assess team performance and effectiveness.
- Continuously refine sourcing screening and interviewing techniques to increase efficiency.
To be successful in this position you will be driven resilient and passionate about recruitment and people.
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders using a diplomatic and consultative approach.
- Previous direct leadership experience is not a must but demonstrable leadership capability will be essential.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work alongside senior leaders within the business to deliver on recruitment objectives.
