About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulation Reporting Analyst to join our Business Insights and Excellence team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring SA Water meets its regulatory obligations through effective coordination, analysis, and reporting of regulatory data. Your expertise will help enhance our performance reporting and support our continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Regulatory Reporting: Collaborate with data providers to ensure performance reporting obligations are understood and met. Analyze and collate data for submission to regulators and other stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reported data. Implement checks and collaborate across the business to enhance data quality.
  • Reporting Governance: Assist in developing efficient reporting processes and automation through data analytics tools. Maintain effective document management practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Support your team leader in executing business plans and contribute to a culture of service excellence. Provide constructive feedback and work autonomously to meet deliverables.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven written communication skills and experience in report development.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and MS Excel (including Power Query and Power Pivot) (desirable)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in a regulatory environment (desirable)
