About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulation Reporting Analyst to join our Business Insights and Excellence team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring SA Water meets its regulatory obligations through effective coordination, analysis, and reporting of regulatory data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Regulatory Reporting: Collaborate with data providers to ensure performance reporting obligations are understood and met. Analyze and collate data for submission to regulators and other stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reported data. Implement checks and collaborate across the business to enhance data quality.
  • Reporting Governance: Assist in developing efficient reporting processes and automation through data analytics tools. Maintain effective document management practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Support your team leader in executing business plans and contribute to a culture of service excellence. Provide constructive feedback and work autonomously to meet deliverables.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven written communication skills and experience in report development.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and MS Excel (including Power Query and Power Pivot) (desirable)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in a regulatory environment (desirable)
