Multilingual Education Specialist

The Multilingual Education Specialist at St Clare's College will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of culturally rich and inclusive language programs. This role involves delivering French, Italian, and Japanese studies to foster meaningful connections between students and their heritage.
This position celebrates and strengthens the College's cultural diversity through impactful experiences and by leading an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander engagement program in collaboration with families, community organisations, and staff. The successful candidate will drive curriculum excellence, support faculty professional development, and foster a collaborative and student-centred learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of culturally rich and inclusive language programs
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in French, Italian, and Japanese studies
- Cultivate relationships with local communities to enhance the cultural diversity of the College
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community organisations to support the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander engagement program

The estimated salary range for this position is $145,189 plus superannuation. This position involves working with children, and the appointment of the successful applicant will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment in accordance with CECG policy.
