
Front Office Operations Leader

Operational excellence is crucial in a hospitality setting, where guests' experiences are shaped by the quality of service.
Job DescriptionThis role requires a seasoned professional to oversee hotel operations during overnight shifts, acting as Duty Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold operational standards.
- Ensure seamless execution of nightly audits and prepare operational reports for management review.
- Manage late arrivals, early departures, and guest inquiries with professionalism and poise.
- Conduct safety and security checks to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Lead the night team to maintain premium service standards and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of public areas overnight, maintaining high standards of appearance.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure continuity across shift and optimize guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be the face of the hotel after hours, ensuring every guest feels welcome, safe, and valued. They will work closely with the Front Office Manager and other department heads to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

- Diplomatic and well-tempered, with the ability to calmly manage challenging situations.
- Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a front office leadership role within a hotel environment (premium setting preferred) is required. Previous experience in Night Audit and/or Front Office Supervisor roles is highly regarded.
