Front Office Operations Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Team Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Front Office team. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the hotel industry, with a strong working knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office. You will be guest-obsessed, with the ability to flex in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's operation in absence of senior management, providing high levels of customer service at all times, resolving complaints and challenges presented by guests, processing and assisting with check-in and check-out of guests, and responding to and coordinating emergency situations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in the hotel industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Guest-obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to extend yourself to assisting your colleagues where needed, maintaining high levels of communication with other departments
  • Clear and confident communication skills - both written and verbal
