About the Opportunity

Drive growth and expansion as a National Business Development Manager for a leading gases company. Oversee a high-performing sales team, manage key accounts, and foster partnerships with multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a national business development team to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
  • Create tailored solutions, proposals, and contracts to maximise profitability.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at national industry events and customer engagements.
  • Collaborate across operations, product management, and customer service to deliver seamless solutions.
Prior Requirements
  • Proven success in senior business development or sales leadership roles within industrial, specialty, or medical gases.
  • Strong knowledge of gas types and their applications.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, manufacturing, or related industries highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science, Chemical Engineering, or Business preferred.

This is a senior role requiring strong commercial acumen, results-driven approach, and ability to engage at executive level. Willingness to travel nationally is essential.
