
National Sales Growth Manager

The National Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth across various channels and meeting revenue goals. This involves managing customer relationships, overseeing distribution networks, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage national customer relationships to achieve sales targets and meet budgeted revenue goals.
- Oversee the distribution network for assigned channels, ensuring seamless execution of all activities.
- Identify and acquire new significant business opportunities, while growing existing accounts.
- Achieve revenue, margin, and contribution targets for customer groups.
- Set and achieve goals & KPI's for your channel.
- Develop and implement quarterly business reviews, category reviews, and joint customer plans.
- Coordinate campaigns and promotions with key customers, aligning internal campaigns with key customer groups.
- Tertiary qualifications in business or a related field desirable.
- Current AU drivers' license required.
- Essential:
- 5 years' experience in FMCG sales leadership/account management and/or business development.
- 3 years National Account Management experience with Coles, Woolworths, P&C or Metcash.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders, negotiate trading terms, and range reviews with major customers.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
