Job Opportunity: Minor Works Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a Minor Works Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of minor project works and supervising subcontractors.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining grounds and gardens through subcontractors
  • Project managing minor works across various disciplines with support from fellow supervisors
  • Ensuring integrity and maintenance of data and specifications entered into internal databases
  • Driving subcontractor performance to negotiated KPIs in delivering preventative and as required reactive maintenance
  • Maintaining lists of suitably qualified and approved subcontractors
  • Conducting condition assessments of maintained assets
  • Managing contractor access to site through correct use of Contractor pre-approval (CPA) and Job Request Authorisation (JRA) workflows
  • Up-to-date Maintained asset list with support from maintenance planner and fellow supervisors

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant trades qualification
  • Flexible approach and attitude, good communication skills
  • Performance Management experience
  • Experience using QFM or similar maintenance management system
  • Valid and current National Police check (within 3 months), and other immunisations required as part of standard recruitment and selection process
