We are seeking a seasoned management professional to spearhead multiple painting projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for meeting scheduling goals and customer expectations while maintaining high-quality standards.

Your exceptional leadership skills and experience in residential or commercial construction will be essential in driving results through planning and execution. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of professionals who value responsibility and accountability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage simultaneous painting projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by effectively managing standards and communication with subcontractors.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to approved scope of work and colour selections.
  • Identify opportunities for added value and communicate this to customers.
  • Promote risk management and provide updates at production meetings with the project administration team.
  • Utilize industry-leading software to track projects and mitigate potential site issues.
  • Drive business growth through active procurement processes and strategic outreach.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in WHS systems and compliance.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Quality control expertise.
  • Able to capture and send documentation electronically using a tablet or computer.
  • Multitasking ability with concurrent project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
