Project Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to lead our teams through transformation, managing stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in guiding stakeholders, aligning product configuration with business needs, and delivering benefits realization.

This role offers the opportunity to apply your exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive engagement and deliver results.

You will be responsible for managing two integrated vendor solutions, balancing technical capabilities with stakeholder priorities, and driving stakeholder engagement essential to delivering benefits realization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage diverse stakeholders across business, technology, and marketing, balancing expectations, and keeping projects on track.
  • Drive scope management – ensuring new ideas are assessed pragmatically and aligned to priorities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and delivery partners across marketing technology platforms.
  • Provide clear reporting, planning, and governance to program leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement and scope management – confident influencing senior business teams.
  • Experience managing vendors and external partners.
  • Pragmatic delivery style, comfortable with hybrid methodologies
  • Strong alignment to people-first, values-based delivery environments
