Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the delivery of our Traffic Management System (TMS), ensuring Scope, Time, Cost, Risk, Quality and Change Control are met.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating system requirements, software development, testing & commissioning, verification & validation deliverables on the project.
  • This role requires effective communication with end users to resolve user acceptance issues.
  • Fostering integrated assurance processes in line with integrated and progressive assurance strategies is also a key responsibility.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to facilitate transition to operations processes in accordance with integration strategies.
  • The successful candidate will schedule and oversee production of project plans and schedules.
  • They will coordinate project reporting, adhering to alliance and internal requirements.
  • Administering contracts and supporting audits is also an essential part of this role.
  • Leading and chairing project meetings, preparing progress reports, performance reviews, and commercial reports.
  • Evaluating continuous improvement and safety practices.

Required Skills & Experience
  • A proven track record of delivering complex software and system projects is essential.
  • Significant commercial experience (5+ years) working on complex, multi-discipline engineering and software projects is required.
  • Training in PMP, Prince 2 or similar project management methodology is necessary.
  • Strong initiative-taking, leadership, organisational, communication, and people skills are essential.
  • An agile mindset and ability to make prompt decisions in a challenging environment is required.
  • Multicultural work experience is beneficial.
  • Experience in project management areas: Customer management, scheduling, planning, critical path analysis, change management, risk management, cost estimation.
