Job Summary:

You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of homes and buildings, supervising the overall quality of the claims process, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, detecting and mitigating instances of fraud, and attaining rapid resolution times and managing costs efficiently.

About the Role:

  • Conducting thorough property inspections to accurately assess damages and losses
  • Developing scopes of work and project managing builds to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborating with our repairer network to deliver excellent customer service and achieve high satisfaction rates
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress and results

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably with a building or trade qualification e.g. carpentry, plumbing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in software applications related to home claims management
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to a positive team culture
