Job Description

Aviation Operations Delivery Support is a role that plays a critical part in ensuring specialist aviation forecasters have the procedures and tools needed to provide high-quality information to pilots every day.

This position works closely with Aviation teams to deliver outstanding value to the Australian and international aviation industry.

  • Collate information from internal and external stakeholders into templates, reports, and other documentation.
  • Work closely with the Aviation Operations Delivery Lead and the Aviation teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality information to pilots.
  • Identify and implement service improvement initiatives and measure their effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to effectively communicate complex ideas, and have a strong understanding of the principles of meteorology and aviation operations.
