Key Responsibilities:- Lead Area Managers in data visualization and Business Intelligence activities, analyzing sales KPIs to improve shop performance.
- Partner with key stakeholders within the organization, collaborate with IT and Supply Chain departments to optimize retail operations.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational protocols, share KPIs and best practices among Amplifon countries.
- Guarantee exceptional customer experience by working alongside the marketing department.
As a Retail Excellence Leader, you will oversee project design, launch, and implementation for in-store excellence initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:- Monitor funnel segments, setting targets, verifying achievement, and defining action plans if needed.
- Work with IT, Supply Chain, and other functions to reduce unproductive time, boosting productivity.
- Regularly share KPIs and routines of our Retail structure.
