Hearing Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team in Deer Park, Victoria.
About the Role:
As an Audiologist with us, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers by providing expert hearing care and support.
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, fitting hearing devices, and providing ongoing support and guidance to our customers.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough hearing assessments and provide personalized recommendations for hearing devices
- Fitting and programming hearing devices to ensure optimal performance
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure they get the most out of their hearing devices
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for customer engagement and retention
- Tertiary qualification in Audiology or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in adult hearing rehabilitation, including conducting hearing assessments, fitting hearing devices, and other ALDs
- Member of an Australian approved professional body
- Eligible to work in Australia
