Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in driving Regent RV Pty LTD's recruitment strategy. This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's growing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building relationships with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across all industries
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and extending job offers
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
