Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the despatch of finished goods to customers, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full.
  • Monitor truck movements to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with transport providers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
  • Ensure trucks are loaded efficiently and in accordance with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including monitoring stock levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet production and despatch targets.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure production targets are met.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or transport is preferred but not essential.
  • A solutions-focused and decisive mindset.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the region.
  • The ability to build relationships across all stakeholder levels.
  • A safety-first mindset as a core value.
  • A passionate and outcome-oriented attitude towards your work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident using computers and associated software, including Microsoft Office applications.
