Job Title: Workforce Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Workforce Manager to join our Professional Services Team at Centorrino Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing and satisfaction of our team and contractors based onsite.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling queries.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and ensure that staff augmentation aligns with their objectives.
  • Address client concerns proactively, managing expectations and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Partner with the Customer Service Manager to identify role requirements and specifications for the Talent Acquisition team to source for the role.
  • Enhance our professional services proposition to achieve growth targets, reviewing financial feasibility and ensuring margin is maintained.
  • Review job alerts from various panels and initiate staff augmentation searches.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with client expectations, contracts, and service-level agreements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite team enquiries.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement with both the employee and the client.
  • Develop and present regular reports on recruitment activities, performance, and market trends.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the candidate experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in IT, Professional Services, or a Staff Augmentation or MSP environment.
  • A proven track record of managing high-volume staff augmentation, ideally in IT professional services.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritize accordingly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigor, and curiosity, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel to onsite Victoria locations may be required.
