This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated professional to take on a key role in driving effective governance practices within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessment and case management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes through effective governance mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Governance Mechanisms: Design, develop, and implement assessment and case management governance mechanisms, including strategies, policies, tools, templates, and guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure state-wide consistency in assessment and case management practice.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain internal and external relationships to understand needs and generate ideas for improvements in assessment and case management governance.
- Advice and Recommendations: Provide timely advice and recommendations to support the consistent application of offender assessments and case management frameworks.
- Training and Development: Work with stakeholders to develop sustainable plans for training staff and provision of professional development.
- Performance Reporting: Develop databases to support performance reporting on assessment and case management practices.
- Data Analysis: Undertake analysis of data sources and report on issues identified.
- Ongoing Resourcing: Collaborate with stakeholders to inform ongoing resourcing requirements for assessments using data analysis.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Develop tools and systems for monitoring and reporting on recommendations from internal/external evaluations and reviews.
- Committees and Advisory Groups: Establish and maintain committees/advisory groups/business reference groups to guide assessment and case management governance practices.
- Research and Analysis: Contribute to unit planning and risk mitigation by remaining current on emerging trends, policy, and legislation. Conduct research and analysis to inform offender assessment and case management practices and solutions.
