Job Summary

As a Human Resources Business Partner at SIG, you will play a key role in driving HR strategy and supporting business leaders across the organization. Reporting to the Head of HR, APAC, you will work closely with leaders to provide expert advice on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Influence and advise leaders on operational HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to drive HR programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and development support to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a HR Generalist.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong relationships with business partners.
  • Pragmatic and results-driven approach.
  • High levels of self-awareness.
  • Organization awareness and ability to work with, inspire, and create consensus with a group.
