About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Educator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment for our children, while also supporting the development of our education program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
  • Support the implementation of the education program and contribute to its ongoing development
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and education to our children. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
