Job Description

As an Early Childhood Educator at Goodstart Caulfield, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and educational programs for our young learners. You will work closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

You will be responsible for implementing curriculum plans, supervising and supporting staff, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check
