This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced educator to lead our team in delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs of young children.


About the Job:


We are seeking a skilled Educational Leader who can collaborate with our centre team to develop and implement engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.


The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. They will work closely with our leadership team to drive transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Collaborate with the centre team to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational practices
  • Provide guidance on the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice

Required Skills and Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT Registration
