Job Overview

The Vice President of Structured Credit Syndication in APAC is responsible for pricing, structuring and underwriting non-flow (PF / asset finance) and flow (corporate / leveraged) loan products originated in Australia/New Zealand.

  • Pricing and structuring of loan products;
  • Collaborating with Origination business lines and the APAC credit sales team to initiate and push credit products sales to investors;
  • Providing support in connection with credit distribution, such as providing distribution input for the portfolio management team.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in a Loan Syndicate role;
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Australia/New Zealand loan syndication markets;
  • Proven analytical skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal business lines, clients and investors;
  • Commercial acumen and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong sense of accountability and ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
