  • While prior experience in healthcare or warehouse settings is not required, we are looking for individuals with the right attitude and potential to grow within the company.\
  • Develop and maintain service excellence in all aspects of loan set management, including inventory tracking and replenishment.\
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, such as surgeons and theatre staff, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.\
  • Pick, ship, and manage the return process of loan sets, ensuring accurate fulfillment and timely delivery.\
  • Liaise with carrier companies to guarantee efficient delivery and returns.\
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service and communication.\
  • Use systems to track and replenish inventory, participating in cycle counting and data analysis.\
  • Assist with the development and improvement of manual and system processes to enhance service levels and company standards.\
  • Collect and analyze data related to loan sets, preparing timely invoicing and supporting business growth.\
  • Support other tasks and projects as directed by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.\
