Corporate Loan Administrator Role

This role involves proactive assistance to senior management and supervisors in the daily, weekly, and monthly processing and management of Corporate Loans Administration in accordance with established procedure manuals and operational guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The completion of accurate and timely Loan Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, and Fee invoicing & collections is ensured.
  • Remittance applications for corporate loan drawdown disbursements are prepared in accordance with the application.
  • CLA reports, general ledger suspense, interest accrual accounts, and process improvement areas are identified.
  • Operational risk events are reported and escalated, and good working relations are built with customers/external counterparties.
Essential Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in an Operations role within banking and financial services, preferably in Corporate Loans.
  • Sound knowledge of payments and SWIFT, as well as sound operational knowledge of processes and procedures.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential to ensure high-performance standards.
