Corporate Events Manager

As a Corporate Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating high-profile events that showcase the organization's presence and foster meaningful connections with communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of critical corporate and major events including graduations, open days, and official ceremonies;
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery, upholding organizational reputation and protocols;
  • Support a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the Events Team and across the Marketing department.
Requirements:

You are an experienced event professional with expertise in end-to-end event management, including planning, logistics, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and evaluation.

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or event management, or equivalent experience;
  • Proven track record in managing complex events, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences, including senior staff and government representatives;
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of cultural protocols and professional etiquette in event delivery;
  • A commitment to working safely and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute proactively to team initiatives.
