An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Lead Educator **to join the team and encourage our little one’s true potential in a nurturing environment at our **Sinnamon Park, Genius **childcare centre.

Due to extensive centre growth, hiring for this role will be continuous.

**Your new centre**:
We have a terrific outdoor play area for children to explore with a vegetable garden and castle, a commercial kitchen and a modern and inspired learning environment.

**Your new role**:

- This role will be a for maternity leave cover for 1 year with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
- You will be passionate about promoting children's development and their learning at our centres

- Collaborate with our Senior Educators and Leaders and support the centre to meet and exceed the NQS and constantly improve our programs.

**What you need**:

- Diploma-level early childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Relevant blue card, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
