As a key member of our Regional Retail/Sales team, you will be responsible for increasing the profitability of our portfolio through effective price and contract management and product substitution.

Key responsibilities include identifying, developing, and commercializing growth opportunities in existing customer accounts and new business prospects, as well as developing mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers.

You will also provide technical support and solutions, deliver outstanding customer experience, and work collaboratively with the sales, retail, and support functions to deliver targets.

In addition, you will contribute to the overall performance of the Region as a member of the Regional Retail/Sales team.

Requirements include strong selling and business development skills, including customer negotiation, thorough understanding of price and contract management, excellent time management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Results-focused approach and taking initiative are also essential.

Welding, fabrication, or similar trade experience would be highly regarded, as would experience in growing existing accounts and lead generation and conversion.
