About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in NSW, Australia. As an Area Manager at Capricorn, you will be responsible for developing business with existing members and preferred suppliers, as well as establishing new business within a designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, developing initiatives to address gaps and optimise opportunities.
  • Offer outstanding customer support to drive sales and build long-term relationships.
  • Attend sales meetings and complete regular required reporting on time.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and maintain a proactive call plan.
  • Relationship management experience with strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst completing all tasks on time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current driver's licence and current driving history report will be required.
