The Opportunity
As our Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for gaining new customers and revenue in addition to retaining and growing a profitable portfolio of existing customers.
You will also be accountable for best-in-class account management, pipeline and contract maintenance, and meeting Budgets, and key deliverables.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a pipeline of new prospects and major contract renewals being negotiated as per agreed targets and pricing criteria.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize Sales CRM to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
About You
- Prior experience in a similar role within Commercial/Industrial B2B sales.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to find solutions and be decisive.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and you're driven to achieve your set targets.
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with a Sales CRM is desirable.
- Valid Australian Driver's License (Unrestricted).
