Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Total Tools. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our trade and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and accounts
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Manage and analyze sales and customer data to identify new opportunities
- Achieve sales, margin, and product mix targets
- Proven sales experience in the trade and industrial sector
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand financials
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-making
- Strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
