Job Title: Business Development Manager - Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Total Tools. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our trade and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and accounts
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Manage and analyze sales and customer data to identify new opportunities
  • Achieve sales, margin, and product mix targets
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the trade and industrial sector
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand financials
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-making
  • Strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
