Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Drive portfolio growth through effective price and contract management, as well as product substitution.
- Identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities in existing customer accounts and new business prospects.
- Build mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers.
- Provide technical support and solutions, delivering outstanding customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales, retail, and support functions to achieve targets.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
- Strong selling and business development skills, including customer negotiation, growing existing accounts, and lead generation and conversion.
- Thorough understanding of price and contract management.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-focused approach and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and stay motivated.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and a clean driving record.
