We are a specialist provider of in-home, disability and community care services. Our team offers individually tailored support and services throughout Sydney.

Our workforce is diverse and dynamic, with over 300 professionals providing Behaviour Support, Support Coordination, and frontline support to our clients on a daily basis.

This role embodies the principles of business partnering, combining a flair for storytelling with key responsibilities that drive employee engagement and organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of our People Strategy, fostering a high-performing workplace culture through collaboration and partnership.
  • Oversee wellbeing initiatives designed to boost employee morale and motivation.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the successes of our staff and clients.
  • Deliver internal communications that engage readers and provide relevant business information.
  • Provide industrial relations expertise to ensure compliance with legal and organisational requirements.
  • Coordinate the delivery and support of activities that build a high-performing culture.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Human Resources, Disability Services or Communications.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources and/or Communications.
  • Desirable experience operating in the disability sector.
  • Expertise in industrial relations law and personnel compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to liaise and build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
