People And Culture Specialist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to take on the role of People And Culture Specialist. This position offers an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives on detail, and wants to grow their career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members.
  • Oversee employee leave management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist with full-time pay runs and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement rostering strategies that meet SCHADS Award requirements.
  • Promote and support policymaking and implementation in alignment with NDIS standards.
  • Provide ongoing support to staff members and facilitate their professional development.
  • Identify skill gaps and organize refresher training programs.
  • Maintain confidential and compliant employee records.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide guidance to employees and clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS sector and SCHADS Award is preferred but not necessary.
  • First Aid/CPR certification is essential.
  • NDIS Worker Screening is mandatory.

This part-time position offers 24 hours per week and is based in-person. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and supports our values of respect, collaboration, and client-centered care.
