Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Culture Development Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee well-being.

Your primary focus will be on providing expert support in employee relations, coaching managers in performance management, and developing HR policies. You will also lead recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless integration of new team members.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR principles, and a passion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Coach and support managers in managing employee performance issues.
  • Develop, communicate, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding activities, including selection processes and comprehensive inductions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a People and Culture or HR advisory role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach.
  • Solid knowledge of HR and WHS legislation, with a focus on compliance.
