Maintenance Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Planner at Laminex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Ballarat sites. This position requires a strong organizational mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with maintenance teams, operations staff, and contractors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with production planning requirements.
- Identify and procure necessary materials, tools, and equipment to support maintenance activities.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance, including schedule compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular planning meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Promote a safe working environment and foster a culture of safety and compliance.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance planning and coordination, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- A proactive approach with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within defined timeframes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a sound understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Demonstrated commitment to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and workplace diversity.
