About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ballarat. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our sales management and sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily activities of the sales team, including data entry, database management, and maintenance of sales-related data.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and national promotional briefs for Account Managers and Sales Managers.
  • Create and maintain sales data, including reports and updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries.

About You:

  • You have intermediate skills in MS Office and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • You are self-motivated and driven, with a strong attention to detail.
  • You have experience in an administration or sales support role, which is a bonus.
