Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ballarat. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will provide administrative support to our sales management and sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily activities of the sales team, including data entry, database management, and maintenance of sales-related data.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, national promotional briefs, and responses for Account Managers and Sales Managers.
- Compile monthly and quarterly updates, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Intermediate skills in MS Office are essential, and experience in an administration or sales support role is highly desirable.
