Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at our Ballarat Support Office. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Payroll team to coordinate end-to-end weekly payroll across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Payroll team to coordinate end-to-end weekly payroll across Australia and New Zealand
- Set-up and maintenance of employee payroll profiles
- Respond to payroll enquiries
- Provide payroll reports as required
- Assist with data entry, and general employee maintenance tasks such as new hires, change of roles, etc.
- Actively follow and comply with all policies and procedures
- Provide administration support to PETstock Global Support Office in Ballarat, including guest coordination, meeting room booking management, monitoring and ordering office supplies, office event set-up and coordination
- Coordinate and assist with social club events and support day-to-day social club operations/tasks
- Provide assistance to stores regarding the use of Time Target
Requirements
- Experience using Microsoft Office suites
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Shows initiative, thinks through problems, and contacts the correct stakeholders to find a solution
- Positive and can-do attitude
