Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the day-to-day front desk reception with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Assist the Resident Experience Manager in preparing and hosting events
  • Monitor and report concerns regarding resident safety and wellbeing
  • Assist in collecting and collating resident feedback and demographic information
  • Complete move-in and move-out processes for residents
  • Assist in conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in the property management sector
  • Availability to work a Monday to Saturday roster
  • National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months)
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia
