We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional resident experiences.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of elderly residents in an aged care facility. As an Aged Care Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.

About the Role
  • Ensure all cleaning requirements are met each shift, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
  • Interact with residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive manner, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other designated areas of the facility, following established cleaning protocols.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection transmission.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to support a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
