At Lion, we're seeking a dynamic and organized Reception Coordinator to join our team as a Workplace Experience Coordinator. This 6-month fixed term contract position will require you to work onsite full-time in our Sydney CBD office.


As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a thriving hub of energy and productivity. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Reception Duty: Greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the right person.
  • Day-to-Day Facility Management: Maintain office supplies, coordinate repairs, and liaise with vendors.
  • Event Management: Assist in planning and executing engaging events and celebrations.
  • Fun Ambassador and People Connector: Build strong relationships with employees, departments, and management.
