We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- Checking guests in and out of the property accurately and in a timely manner
- Handling guest enquiries and providing information on local attractions and directions as required
- Answering all telephone calls within three rings in a professional, friendly manner
- Informing guests of facilities and services available in the property
- Sets up guest accounts accurately
- Reconciles cashier floats at the end of each shift and maintains an accurate float
- Documents all transactions and alterations to accounts and reservations
- Communicates with team members on the next shift to ensure continuity of service
- Ensures special requests are actioned appropriately and timely
- Maintains cleanliness and presentation of the front desk at all times
- Collects payment of accounts and issues receipts accordingly
