Job Description\

The primary purpose of this position is to provide timely, accurate and professional support and assistance to the Regional Assistant Director and core regional office team.

\

As an Executive Assistant, you will perform a wide range of administrative duties including office management, executive assistance, maintaining a regional events calendar, report writing, presentations and communication skills, as well as interfacing effectively with internal and external stakeholders and customers.

\

This role supports the underlying Mission of Catholic Education by delivering services that contribute to enabling students to achieve the fullness of life.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • A Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification is preferred.
\
  • At least 5 years experience in a busy office environment, preferably within an assisting role to a senior executive together with experience in inter-department coordination.
