ABOUT THE ROLE
As aJJ's Branch Manager,you will lead our business in the Coffs Coast Region.

You will have a sense of urgency, be a natural people leader, with a customer focus and the ability to see the bigger picture, set objectives, and deliver results.
Lead the team and champion the day-to-day business functions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all functions across multiple sites with 50+ employees
Plan for and react to change
Engage, lead and develop the team, and see it through
Deliver the overall branch strategy
Drive ongoing improvement initiatives
Ensure a high-level safety and customer service culture
Support and motivate the sales team to achieve growth targets
Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements
ABOUT YOU
Experience working in a similar role
Enjoy getting your hands dirty and leading from the front
KPI and customer-focused with the ability to perform under pressure
The ability to prioritise, think laterally and make things happen
Experience in Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry
Be an approachable and supportive leader
Well-developed people and time management skills
Demonstrate the ability to be a quick learner in a fast-paced and varied role
Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and commitment
Ability to learn new internal programs and technology
Be proactive and strive to upskill
A commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard
Hold or be willing to attain a HR class license
