We are seeking a skilled Project Coordination Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The Role: As a Project Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of new equipment orders and associated service-related work. This includes coordination from sales through to service delivery, installations, invoicing, and post-project review.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule installations and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Support Sales with technical input, quoting, and specifications.
  • Manage projects from customer order to completion, including site inspections, measurements, and procurement.
  • Complete and maintain all required project documentation.
  • Coordinate activities with sub-contractors and service technicians.
  • Prepare invoicing details and approve supplier/contractor invoices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management role.
  • Trade background or hands-on experience in installations (preferred).
  • Experience in the service, construction, or building industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance and service processes.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
