Document Control Specialist

Job Summary:

The Document Control Specialist will be pivotal in producing high-quality project documentation for complex projects. This role bridges technical drafting and project coordination, focusing on delivering detailed documentation using Revit and supporting project delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality documentation and drawing sets in Revit
  • Translate design intent into clear and accurate construction detail
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
  • Oversee project timelines, documentation flow, and general coordination
  • Support senior designers with administration of the delivery phase

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 years architectural drafting experience
  • Expert in Revit and familiar with local construction standards
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple live projects
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
  • A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
  • A team player, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating
