We're seeking a compassionate and tenacious professional to join our team in empowering individuals with disability, injury, health condition, or those who require additional support. Our mission is to connect people and businesses, enabling both to thrive.
A day in the life at our organization may include:
- Encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance requirements;
Our ideal candidate will possess experience in customer service or a client-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges. They will be happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders, and confident working towards KPIs to make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients and employers.
